Welcome to BeachCrest 501! You'll love your stay in 501 not only for the stunning views up and down the Emerald Coast, but for its calming atmosphere, comfortable furniture, and room for up to 6 guests. Located on the 5th Floor overlooking both the pool and the shimmering emerald green waters of the Gulf, 501 boasts lots of natural light. The living room and master bedroom each have access to your private balcony - a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. The king bedroom ensures privacy and convenience with an ensuite bathroom with large shower. The guest bedroom includes an additional king bed and easy access to the hallway bath with tub/shower combination. Need to sleep more? The sofa pulls out to a queen bed.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Benchmark Management Sucks - Unit was just OK

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bare bones, shower glass door almost fell completely off track, kitchen lights burned out and management never fixed, overall 3 out of 10 rating. Don’t expect any type of service

Spring Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After arriving during a terrible thunderstorm we were greeted by this bright and welcoming condo! We have stayed in several units at Beachcrest and this is one of the best. We love being right on the beach and enjoy the balcony as well as the included chairs on the beach.This condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful Condo

The property was just as described. It is an older looking building but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked into a beautifully renovated unit. The 5th floor unit was a perfect view of the beach. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The only suggestion I would make is having some salt + pepper and coffee filters available.
