On entering, you'll be delighted by our inviting living space, adorned with a comfy futon sofa and a smart TV, an ideal relaxation nook after an adventurous day of exploring campus or hiking.

Proceed into the heart of the bungalow, where a modern kitchen lavishly equipped with new appliances and cooking essentials allows you to turn your favorite recipes into delicious meals. Right next to the kitchen, our warm dining area comfortably accommodates up to five guests.

Our tranquil bedrooms come fitted with fluffy, cloud-like bedding, smart TV, and ample storage. The shared bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combo, toiletries, and fresh towels caters to all your grooming needs.

Step outside to a spacious backyard, partially fenced for privacy, featuring a fire pit for those chilly nights and an outdoor dining area for enjoying your morning coffee or an al fresco meal.

The home is equipped with a keypad for seamless check-in and check-out procedures. There's ample parking in the driveway for up to three vehicles.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property, which includes living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor space. Our property is equipped with a digital keypad ensuring easy contactless check-in and check-out—ample parking space is available in the driveway for up to three cars.

This home is located in a small and quiet residential neighborhood. The large mature trees provide lots of shade and privacy. The neighborhood is safe and family friendly, being located close to lots of parks.

Getting Around:
There is a driveway/carport located to the left of the property. With room for 2-3 cars.

Other Things to Note:
There is 1 camera on the property. EXTERIOR CAMERA only. Located on front porch. For your safety and ours, they are motion activated and can be remotely accessed. There is a noise sensor in this home that specifically monitors sound levels and does not record audio.
