There is a guest fee of $25 per night above 4 guests.
(This helps offset the rise in costs for utilities, use and wear and tear to the property, etc…)

This is a private home that you and your family will be able to access 100%. This included the boat launch and pier/dock. (boat launch has to be approved by the owner).

Public transport is not available in the area.

For Insurance purposes, There are security cameras installed outside the home that actively record video and audio.
Be respectful of the neighbors. Please treat this as your home.

During your stay:
Please use beach towels provided by back door for outdoor use.
Bathroom towels are not to be used outside and will result in additional fees, up to $25 per towel.
