First time in Tulum, this property felt like home

My boyfriend and I had an amazing vacation and this property was a huge part of it. The concierge Nury was constantly helping me with whatever I needed, and the staff on property were very kind and always willing to help. The pools were always very clean and comfortable and the grounds were pristine.

Cozy Retreat in Tulum

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Tulum and at the property. The accommodation lived up to the photos, offering a perfect space for my husband and me—not too large, not too small. The high ceilings added to the sense of spaciousness, while the floor-to-ceiling windows provided a jungle-like atmosphere with lush tropical plants just outside the patio, creating a cozy ambiance. The property boasted access to multiple pools just steps away from our unit, as well as a well-equipped gym, which we appreciated. Renting a car was made convenient with free covered secure parking on-site. The only drawback for me was the kitchen, which lacked some essential supplies like cooking utensils, a cutting board, and a can/bottle opener, given my special dietary restrictions that require me to cook most of my meals. Despite this, I loved my experience and plan on renting again in the future.
