The View!!!
The pictures in the listing do not do this place justice! The view is absolutely stunning. The condo itself is very clean and is bigger than what the pictures portray. The bed and pillows are very comfy. The air conditioner is in the bedroom which made sleeping great. The rest of the condo doesn't have air. It was hot/stuffy/humid at times but there was a nice breeze from the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, a small coffee maker, etc. Plenty of bath towels and hand towels for 2 of us for the week. We brought extra wash cloths and we did use them. There's a cooler to use and two beach chairs.
There is security to get into the parking lot and more security to get into the building. Once checked in, you can drive right in and use your key to get into the building.
Location is great. About 35 min from the airport. Close to a grocery store, restaurants, the rain forest, etc.
The owner was easy to reach and very pleasant.
My only complaint: The popular amenities list a washer and dryer. It is not in the condo or even in the building. It's a coin laundry near the building - just down the road from the parking lot. And there is not a spa tub.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay. I would recommend this condo and location!
