*please note, the pool is now closed for the 2023 season, and will reopen mid-to late April of 2024. The 7 person hot tub is open year round!

Entry area: includes table seating, and bar with 3 stools and bar storage
Main bathroom: tub/shower combo and double sink

Primary bedroom: King bed with extra linens and pillows, full closet, full dresser, large tv, pack and play is available with sheets in the closet, and attached water closet

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, extra linens and pillows, full closet, large tv, dedicated desk space

Bedroom 3: King bed with storage under the bed, full closet, large tv

Tiki area
Main floor: Queen futon, linens and pillows are available in the bar cabinet area

Upstairs: Twin bed in primary entry area with Harry Potter themed twin bed adjacent to twin bed (please note, there is an open space between upstairs/downstairs)

Outdoor amenities
Covered pool area: (3) propane fire tables, outdoor seating and tables for 15+

Grill area: propane and charcoal grill are onsite, and available for use

Bocce court is available onsite with bocce balls

Corn hole set is available onsite

Hot tub: 7 person, saltwater (use at your own risk)

Pool: In-ground saltwater pool (use at your own risk) *please note, pool
temperature will fluctuate, and the pool is closed for the 2023 season

*Please note, we do have exterior security cameras in front of the garage, and outside of the tiki area; no cameras are inside the home. The pool and hot tub require maintenance; if issues are reported, they may require parts so these amenities are not guaranteed to be available during you stay (like hotels).
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of locked closets in the main hall that are used to store extra linens, and the garage
