The Space:
Our bright condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people:

• Kitchen fully equipped;
• 2 Queen size beds
• Full sofa bed and TV in the living room;
• Washer and dryer;
• The unit is located on the second floor, so stair access is required.
• The apartment is equipped with its own water filtration system.

NOTE: It is mandatory to pay an extra cleaning fee from the sixth day, of every week, and this will have a cost of USD 95

Guest Access:
Our guests get access to:

• Backyard
• Shared outdoor dining space,
• 1 assigned parking space with no additional cost.

Based on the limited parking space available: Only fit standard-size cars will be allowed, Pick-up trucks or Oversized SUVs will not be permitted in the parking lot as they block the driveway. There are plenty of parking spaces on the streets in case needed

Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Miami´s Cuban diaspora, very close to 8th street, where you will find the best themed restaurants in the area, and is what makes Miami such a dynamic cultural destination. The street is lined with murals and other artwork, from mosaics near Domino Park depicting classic symbols of Cuban heritage.

It is also centrally located in the city, 20 minutes from Miami Beach, 5 Minutes from Little Havana Entertainment District, 5 Minutes from the Airport, 5 Minutes from Brickell Entertainment District and Downtown Miami. where you will find a wide variety of restaurants and the most renowned shopping malls in this glittering city.

Getting Around:
You could use applications such as Uber or public transport which is close to the property.

Other Things to Note:
Please take note of the following information:

- At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older. Before your arrival, kindly provide us with the names of all guests staying with you, so that we can register them at the property and expedite your check-in process. Failure to provide this information within 24 hours of your arrival may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

-Upon arrival, the apartment will be provided with basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day

-At the moment of check-in, it is indispensable that the main guest is present, otherwise, check-in will not be possible.

- Given the limited parking space available, only standard-size cars will be permitted. parking NO TRUCKS, VANS, AND SUVs are accepted.

- It's important to be aware that there is a $35 charge for early check-in or late check-out requests.

Remember that any additional person (from the second person) has a cost of USD 25 per night, please register all the people that will accompany you.
