There's a breakfast table, and an additional formal indoor dining table. The covered poolside dining area ensures you'll never run out of dining options, and the screened in patio keeps the bugs out.

Travelling with kids? This home is perfect for families, it can sleep up to 9 guests at a time in it's 4 bedrooms. There is a large Queen bedroom, and another room with two twin beds. And wait until you see the primary suite! It has a King sized bed, and opens up to the pool area. It features walk-in closets, double sinks, a garden tub, and a separate shower – pure luxury awaits! Plus, kids will love the Mickey Mouse themed bunk-bed room.

Shingle Creek is the most popular waterfront spot because of the Shingle Creek Regional Park and Trail. This beautiful, expansive trail runs along Shingle Creek and was designated as one of America’s Great Outdoors by former President Obama. Undeveloped land resides on the west side of Gateway, but the area is mostly known for its proximity to amusement parks including Walt Disney World Resort.

1. Beneath the hockey table, you will find a power strip to which it is connected. Kindly activate the power strip to enable the operation of the hockey table.

2. There is basic cookware available in the house.

3. Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

4. We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

5. If you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
