Everyone is welcome ~ family, friends, bring the boat! House has huge private driveway.

The best Topsail has to offer. Just across the Surf City Line. Walking distance to the beach (1 block) and sound (two blocks), public sound access for small boats, kayaks, etc. So close to all Surf City activities but just outside of town enough for a much less busy beach experience!

House is a ranch with a beautiful open floorplan. Newly furnished, new PVC flooring throughout main living area, and bedrooms had new carpet installed Aug 2023.

4 bedrooms - (1) King, (2) Queen, (3) 2 full beds, (4) bunk bed - twin over full with twin trundle (max weight limit top bunk and trundle both 400lbs). LINENS ARE PROVIDED! Every bedroom has a TV.

STOCKED kitchen – host a family gathering! We have tons of dishes and silverware, crock pot, air fryer, coffee pot/Keurig, food processor, Ninja blender, TONs of cookware, bakeware, etc. The dining table seats 10 and we have a bar height kitchen counter with 5 stools. Tons of games in dining room shelving unit.

The house is stocked with things like laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, garbage bags and etc. Please know we work hard for you to have the conveniences of home and you will also always find “starter” paper towels and toilet paper so you won’t have to run to the store the first day!

2 full bathrooms and an outside shower with lights that come on nightly!

Bathrooms have hair dryers, toiletries, and towels.

HUGE front porch with nighttime ambience and ocean views. Back porch has sound views; watch the sunset over the sound! Roof top deck has ~ 360-degree views of water – ocean and sound! You won’t find a better place to watch the sun rise or set!

We provide 10 beach towels for your use.

Shed with beach gear – umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys, cooler, wagon, boogie boards, etc.

Fabulous Amenities

This home could not have been better stocked- there was every item you could imagine…. Beach chairs, toys, floats- all the things you hate to pack. The kitchen had everything and MORE! Beds were comfy and even great pillows. It was tastefully decorated and a nice central family area with a nice large dining table. There is nothing to want for once you arrive. We all had a great time!

The Best place we have stayed for a family vacation

From the start of booking the process, the hosts were responsive and accommodating. The check in process was easy and the hosts left us a note, chocolates, and a floral arrangement. We have a large family and our son who is stationed at the base just had a baby with his wife. The space was large enouh to host a thanksgiving meal with space but also being able to be in the same room to be together. Views from the top porch was amazing. Having coffee on the covered porch was relaxing. Access to an elevator was helpful to older members of our family but also to the new parents and the baby. They also had some supplies for going to the beach which was something we didn't think to bring. We can't praise the hosts and house enough. Highly recommend the hosts, price, location,etc.
