Sunset at 409, is a stunning five bedroom home with five full baths, three half baths, private and complex pool views, Gulf and dune views, multiple outdoor seating options, brand new outdoor kitchen, and an exquisite third floor that is sure to impress.

First, guests will pass by a beautiful fountain in the courtyard before entering the foyer, where they will be greeted by club chairs and views of the outdoor pool at the end of the hallway. A half bath, dedicated to guests enjoying the pool, along with a laundry room and two bedrooms make for a pristine first floor. One of the rooms is furnished with a king bed and the other room with a queen bed. Both have TVs, access to the back porch, pool views and an ensuite baths with single vanities and showers.

Outside, there is a beautiful pool and a screened seating area that has a couch, chair, TV, and views to the community pool across the street.

On the second floor, guests will enjoy the prestigious common areas and can choose to sleep in either of the two bedrooms. Perfect for kids, the first room has a full over full bunk bed and a full bed, a TV, and ensuite bath with a single vanity and shower-tub combo. The second room has a king bed, private balcony with two chairs and a table, and an ensuite bath with a single vanity and shower. The living room has a fireplace, TV, wicket club chairs and a couch. The chefs in your group will enjoy utilizing the top-end appliances and counter space in the gourmet kitchen. Guests can choose to dine inside at one of the five bar stools or at the reclaimed-wood dining table that has six chairs. Individuals, who wish to soak up some rays with the Gulf breeze as they enjoy their meal/cocktail, also have an option of sitting at one of the two tables and eight chairs on the balcony. Gulf, dune and pool vistas, along with a covered seating area with a couch, chair, TV and fireplace, are a few of the highlights of this palatial balcony.

On the third floor, the primary suite, accompanied by a kitchenette and additional living area, distinguishes this house from the competition. The primary has a king bed, TV, and a private balcony with two lounge chairs, a small table, and picturesque views. The primary bath has a large walk-in closet, a tub, waterfall shower, and double vanity. A small kitchenette, complete with a wine fridge and ice maker, and a living area with a wrap-around couch, TV, and a spiral stair case that leads to fourth-floor tower completes the desirable third floor. Enjoy the two chaise lounges, two chairs, and two tables as you attempt to stop time during the beautiful sunset.
