Cleaning Fee Coverage:

• Payments to our cleaners, ensuring the property is ready for every guest. No additional checkout tasks are required we believe in true vacation ease.
• Linen Service: Fresh, sanitized linens from a professional company after every guest.
• Damage Insurance: Covered up to $5000 for peace of mind. Accidents happen; we understand. Please report any damages for insurance coverage.

Parking Made Easy:

• Space for Vehicles: The driveway accommodates 3 cars. Please avoid parking in front of neighbors or on the grass.

Beach & Pet Essentials:

- From beach chairs to umbrellas and kids' toys, it's all here.
- Pet-friendly provisions, including bowls and beds, for your furry pals.
- We're stocked up on everything from toiletries to coffee, no need to pack these!

Easy checkout:

-Simply pack your bags and have a safe journey home.
- Our cleaning team will handle the rest, leaving you with only fond memories

Please be aware that our heated pool is available for your enjoyment from mid-October through the end of April. While it doesn't reach the temperatures of a hot tub, it maintains a comfortable warmth of around 70-85°F. A nominal fee is applied for the duration of your stay. It's important to note that the heater's effectiveness can be influenced by the weather, and it is programmed to shut off at 10 PM and reactivate at 6 AM. Please understand that we cannot offer refunds concerning the heater's performance. Additionally, both the pool and spa are set to the same temperature due to a shared heating system, meaning if the pool is at 80°F, the spa will also be at this temperature.

We allow up to 4 dogs for an extra fee.

Guest Access:
We're thrilled to have you stay with us! You'll have access to the entire house during your stay, so feel free to make yourself at home.

To make your check-in process as smooth as possible, we'll provide you with a self-check-in code when you arrive.

Other Things to Note:
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your stay with us. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

The house is conveniently located close to many major attractions and airports.

Beaches: Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island are 15 minutes while St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach are just 20 minutes away, Honey Moon Island is about 35-minute drive away, you can also take the Caladesi Island Ferry, which is also a 35-minute drive from the house.

Airports: Tampa International Airport is 25 minutes and the St. Pete-Clearwater Airport is just 15 minutes away.

Downtown areas: Downtown St. Pete is a 20-minute drive from the house.

Shopping: Publix Super Market, it's 5 minutes away, Walmart and Target are 5 minutes away.

Activities: Boca Ciega Millennium Park it's a 10minute drive, War Veterans Memorial Park it's 15 minutes away and Tropicana Field it's a 25 minutes drive, Raymond James Stadium is a 30 minute drive.
