Escape to paradise in this private 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Gulf access pool home. The interior boasts 2400 sq feet of coastal comfort, all new furniture, perfect for families and pets. Enjoy hotel-like amenities, including a private heated pool, game room with free video games and ping-pong. This home also includes 2 kayaks, fishing rods and a boat hoist for you to enjoy the canal water. Ask about boat rentals and enjoy the best morning views from the breakfast nook overlooking the pool.

The home features two living rooms giving families plenty of space to relax and socialize. The rear living room includes an enormous sectional couch and 65" smart tv where the whole family can gather for a movie night. The dining room table sets up to 8 people and the breakfast nook is a great spot for morning coffee.

The bedrooms are just as impressive: The two themed guest bedrooms feature queen size beds and the shark and Cali vibe will delight kids and adults alike. The bunk bed room has two full size beds and a twin trundle, perfect for families with kids. Each guest room includes a smart TV.

The large master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king size bed, walk-in closet and full size master ensuite. The large 60" mounted TV and full access to the pool makes this room feel like a vacation home.

Outside, the heated pool and outdoor areas are spectacular! There's plenty of seating on the new patio furniture or relax on the pool loungers. Some poolside features that make our outdoor space amazing are a mosaic table in the pool for poolside cocktails while viewing the pool waterfall. Also included is a poolside bathroom - no more walking through the house with wet feet!

The garage has been converted into a game room with a ping pong table and full size arcade gaming system with 100's of built in games. This game room is perfect for kids and families.

Winter break from Wisconsin

The house was beautiful and just like the video. The canal and pool gave us hours of enjoyment. There were three things that need attention. 1. The grill was a mess and had leaked oil onto the concrete beneath it. We chose not to use it. 2. The refridgerator door would not close completely so we placed a weight by it to secure it. 3. The whirlpool tub did not function. (We may not have known how to operate it.) Otherwise -- it was great -- would definitely consider a return visit.

Great House

We stayed in this house for 2 weeks. The listing accurately reflected this property. The house was very clean and well maintained. There were some minor maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. I guess the best recommendation is that we are considering staying here next year!

Excellent experience

The property was great and had everything we needed. Megan was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We brought our family and dog and had beds for all 9 people in our party as well as plenty of space throughout the house. The house was very well stocked for all of our needs - extra towels for the bathrooms, kitchen tools and knick-knacks, board games, ping pong table, arcade machine, pool, grill, etc. We enjoyed the large couch and TV in the living room as well. Overall we had a great vacation and wonderful experience here.
