Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. They will also have access to the Resort's Clubhouse and amenities by paying a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their Office:

THINGS TO KNOW: (Very important, please read)

SAFETY:
- Ring cameras outside in the porch and front yard. They will be recording audio and video during your stay. (NO CAMERA INSIDE)

- STREET PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED. 2 parking spaces on the driveway.
Please make sure cars are not parked on the grass or in a way that obstructs the sidewalk. Parking violation is subject to immediate tow at the guest's expense.
- MAXIMUM OF 5 PARKING PERMITS WILL BE ISSUED PER HOME.
- COMMERCIAL VEHICLES NOR RVS ARE ALLOWED IN THE RESORT.
-THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING.
Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
Please place the trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.

ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $50 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 92F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)
