Our air-conditioned primitive cabins offer fresh new linens, mini fridge, standard coffee maker, microwave, outdoor picnic table & charcoal grill. Each cabin is appointed with keyless entry, programmed specifically for your stay. Restrooms & shower facilities are shared communal, with privacy locks for individual use. Tubes & access to the Guadalupe River are complimentary. Located between 2nd & 3rd crossing, & home to the River’s only float-up bar & grill!

The Cabins at Capri” are located at “Capri on the Guad,” under new ownership & formerly known as “Billy Goats Gruff.” “Amarillo” is one of three cabins located on the property with private river access. The three cabins share a communal restroom and shower facility, with privacy locks for individual use.

Access to the following for each cabin rental: your individual cabin and amenities, the cabin communal restroom & shower, private riverfront access, complimentary tubes, & WiFi access.

Situated between 2nd & 3rd crossing on River Road, Amarillo is located at "Fernweh Riverfront" - the latest rental offering to hit River Road. Formerly known as "Billy Goat's Gruff," the entire property is under new ownership & eager to welcome our valued guests. Guests also enjoy shared access to our sister property across the street with swimming pool/hot tub & pickle ball court.

Guests will enjoy direct access to the water onsite and will have access to our sister property across River Road, Fernweh Hillside, where an inviting pool and pickle ball court are located. We have a dedicated team of people ready to answer any questions you may have and respond quickly during your stay.

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. You may park directly in front of your cabin. The drive down our hill to the cabin location is steep and should be taken slowly.

The cabin restroom and shower facilities are SHARED. The cabins are not equipped with indoor cooking facilities. Outdoor charcoal grills are provided for each, in addition to the mini fridge, coffee maker, & microwave in each cabin.

Comal County is currently in a burn ban, but responsible use of our lidded charcoal grills is approved.
