Wonderful Stay

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Honua Kai. It was exactly what we wanted; enough room for our family, kitchen, washer / dryer, great pools and right on the beach! It had everything we needed. And the location was great, a short 5-10 min drive to popular restaurants and beaches. It's also walking distance to the food truck park and grocery store. We loved the resort so much that we'll be back!

We love everything about the property and our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the pools, landscaping, fish ponds, and beach access were all beautiful and easily accessible. This was the best place we have stayed in a long time!

My family and I had a great time at Honua Kai. We had a four year old and nine month old and the resort is great for both ages. The grounds are beautiful and close to many nice beaches. The ground floor store has everything you'd need for pretty reasonable prices. Easy parking. We really chose it for the on-site amenities compared to other options, and were very happy we chose Honua Kai. The rental car is a nice perk.

Paradise!

The attention to detail given to what a family vacationing would need is amazing. The beach chairs and boogie boards were such great additions to the amenities! Plenty of room for our family of five would absolutely book here again!

We stayed in a unit with views of the mountains and partial view of the ocean. The unit had beach chairs and boogie boards for our use, which is a real plus. The Honua Kai resort is a fantastic resort with several pools, hot tubs and Duke’s restaurant. We enjoyed them all. We did have 2 issues with the unit, the first we needed twin bed configuration instead of a king bed. The 2nd issue was the dryer in the unit did not work. Our host was very responsive on trying to resolve both issues, they immediately resolved the twin bed issue. But, unfortunately they couldn’t fix the dryer while we were there. They did offer us another units dryer, but we were able to air dry our clothes. Would definitely return to Honua Kai on our next trip to Maui.

We stayed at the Konya Kai Resort and it was more than what we expected. It?s conveniently located to restaurants, shops and walking. It?s very clean and the guest and staff are very friendly. I hope to come back.

Maui spring break

We loved staying here! The room was really big. We loved having a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The host also provides beach chairs and umbrellas and the room is stocked with everything you need. We were sad to leave!

Great Stay

Really enjoyed this property. It was spacious, clean, & quiet. Also liked that it was so close to the elevator. Could hear the elevator at night but thats because it was middle of the night when guests are sleeping. Never noticed it once I was sleep. Also enjoyed the views of the mountains & water.

The condo itself was beautiful

Wonderful. Thank you, KBM. Our arrival was seemless and your welcome basket was incredibly nice and helpful for a smooth transition after rough travels. We enjoyed the sports closet too. The condo itself was beautiful and had every comfort we needed. The property, beach and pools were fantastic. We loved Duke's -- even better than expected! Thank you for a great vacation!

Do not pass on this!!!! Beautiful!!!

I was a little hesitant on renting this property but OMG, best investment every. Beautiful location, plenty of things to do. Love the multiple pool selection. There’s a little general store on site that had all the little necessities we needed. Walk out to the beach and secured parking. Our unit was exceptionally cleaned when we walked in. Very roomy, bathrooms were large. Our family had such a wonderful time in a short amount of time. Will definitely rent again when I return to Maui.

Resort was very family friendly

Rooms were great very nice kitchen and bath rooms. Carpet is looking a little dated. View was not so great but did provide privatciy. The construction directly below was really no big deal they start work around 7 end at 3. Did not create a problem. So the discounter room and free rental car was worth it. Resort has great beach with amazing reef for snorkeling right in front of hotel Pool had option the lazy river was really lazy more just a pool. Keep that in mind but grounds eeee super clean and pretty. Staff very help full location was great market supper closes.

Accommodations were as pictured, bedrooms and bathrooms spacious, enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching rainbows in the afternoon over the mountains. Unit provided everything needed for a day at the beach; beach towels, boogie boards, sand chairs, umbrella and ice chest.

Our rooms were quite large as well as a long balcony

The grounds are lush with tropical flowers and greenery. Numerous swimming pools with fun features: twisty slide, lagoons, water falls, toddler friendly features, hot tubs. Beautiful, modern, & spacious lobby. Gas BBQs galore. Sandy beach right behind resort pool area. Quiet and clean condos; our rooms were quite large as well as a long balcony - perfect for entertaining. We would definitely return to Hanua Kai for another vacation!
