Hi Natalia, thanks for the review and for sharing your feedback. We weren’t aware of the burner issue, and since it wasn’t mentioned during your stay, we didn’t get a chance to address it. The AC vents are present in all bedrooms, so we’re not entirely sure about the concern regarding cooling only in the main area. Again, this was never mentioned during your stay. As for the water slide, our house rules do mention that guests need to contact the host to have it turned on. We’ve had a few incidents in the past, so we no longer allow direct guest access for safety reasons. Hope you and your family still enjoyed your stay overall!

Thank you! Would love to host you in the future!

Thank you so much Ronnie for your wonderful review! You were truly one of the best guests I’ve hosted, so kind, thoughtful, and respectful of the home. Any host would be lucky to have you. You’re always welcome back!

Thank you so much for your kind review and for being such considerate guests! We truly appreciate your understanding about the hot tub - it was an unexpected power issue beyond our control and has now been completely resolved. I’m so glad you still enjoyed your stay and found the home beautiful and comfortable. You’re always welcome back anytime, and we’d love to host you again in the future!

Thank you Jacqueline! Truly enjoyed hosting your group and look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home, comfortable beds, master suite, and kitchen appliances. We’re sorry the pool was not ready for you upon arrival. August and September are months of heavier rainfall, and palm debris can occasionally make its way into the pool. Once we were made aware, we were happy to have it serviced first thing the following morning. For clarity, the property does not advertise an outdoor kitchen, the outdoor space includes a Tiki area. We also appreciate the suggestion regarding additional mirrors and will certainly consider adding more for our guests. Thank you again for the feedback, and we hope you enjoyed your overall stay 😊

Thank you, David! Would love to host you in the future!
