An great place

Everything was just as described. Location was convenient to grocery store and downtown. Parking available in the street and we never had an issue finding parking. Would book again.

Tucked away in the heart of Cozumel

This location is perfect for those looking for convience to the heart of Cozumel. Shopping, restaurants and the ocean are just steps away. The hosts are very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the island and scuba/snorkling. Highly recommended for a couple looking for a bit more room or a small family with the 2 bedrooms.

Wonderful condo stay

We looked at many rentals online in Cozumel before committing to this one. It has all the amenities we needed; kitchen, laundry, and a pool! There were many places we could walk to in the neighborhood, and we felt safe and welcomed. Dave and Lisa were attentive and made our stay easy and enjoyable. The condo was stocked with everything a family would need, and was very clean.

Awesome Condo in Cozumel

Our stay at the Agave condo was excellent. Great location for getting to beaches, scuba locations, or restaurants. Taxi stand was just a block away along with a grocery store so everything you need is easily walkable. The condo was exactly as described an perfect for our family of 4. The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions - both before and during the trip. Can't recommend enough!

Talk about the greatest hosts ever.

Amazing place and location. Everything is in walking distance. I recommend you take a Tuk Tuk for 40 pesos, from the grocery store, to downtown. The landlords are very easy and helpful to work with. If you need anything, they heplyou find it.

This was an excellent find! We wanted to stay in Cozumel for an additional night and found this gem! The unit is so cozy with the real home feel. The furnishings were great, not many places with a real recliner! The hosts were wonderful and extremely helpful with my questions

Hidden Gem

This property had no reviews and I thought "is it really all the host is saying it is?" Yes. Very nice upgraded place with on-site hosts and one block from a good grocery store. Cozumel is very safe and this is an even safer area with good taxi access, etc. Thank you for a great week!

I can't say enough good things about this place! I feel like we just stumbled onto a hidden gem on this beautiful island.I first want to say that Dave is on top of his communications with his guests and he is a great resource and has really good knowledge of the island. If you need to know something just ask Dave.We are a family of four and this unit was adequate size for all of us. The location of this unit couldn't have been any better. Lots of stuff within a short walk, like grocery stores, restaurants and there is even a little coffee shop located within the condo complex. It is literally about a block from Melgar and just a short walk to the square in town. The pool was perfect. We have stayed at a couple of different VRBO's on the island and this pool was by far the best we have experienced so far. The way the pool was designed makes it perfect for hanging out and relaxing in the water, which is perfect for evening drinks after a long day of playing on the island. Check in and check out was super simple. We never had an issue with on street parking during our stay. The neighborhood is pretty quiet all the time. We stayed there for a full week and there was never any noises in the neighborhood that bothered us and we live in a rural area with little to no noise. We will certainly stay here again.

I just moved to Cozumel and was at this location at Mundaca Villas to search for a place for the year. It was an excellent location, a block behind the Chedraui, a local superstore, you can forget anything and buy it there easily. (They don't sell scuba gear but do have inexpensive snokeling sets, beach towels etc.)Adjacent to the Villas is the Mundaca cafe which some of the best coffee to be found and great pasteries.About the unit, it is compact but manages to have a roomy bathroom and very well equipped kitchen. I only bought food, 1 block away, It was luckily 2 block from the apartment that I found for the next year. Easy to walk everywhere. I only used the pool twice but it was great at the end of a hot day. There are mini-split A/C unit in each bedroom and the family room, allowing you to cool down quickly. There is also a great gym, smartfit and movie theater adjacent to the Chedraui.

Le logement était parfait, il y a tout le nécessaire. L’épicerie est à deux coins de rue. Nous y étions pour le Ironman et l’emplacement n’aurait pas peu être mieux pour cette journée. À proximité du ferry (2km) et des boutiques. Nous recommandons ++
