So much more than just a room! Nestled on the far northeast end, 10 miles east of the town of Ramona CA, you will find a haven from civilization. Websterbilly Ranch backs to the Cleveland National Forest. Stay in a cozy get away with all the amenities of home. Enjoy the walking trails with fantastic views, sit and relax on the sunset deck or sit in the Jacuzzi, (additional fee) and look at the beautiful stars at night. Unique and magical.
The space
The home has 50 acres in front of it and is a rustic Spanish style open home. There are three bedrooms and three baths, a large family kitchen and a large open living room, dining room area. The pool and Jacuzzi are a huge plus to view the beautiful scenery. (additional fees apply for heated pool or jacuzzi) Please note that the caretaker lives on site, and there are other venues that should not affect your experience. Also know that if you have additional guests we offer an optional Glamping Cabin and a camping spot as well.
Guest access
The entire area is open to our guests with the exception of the caretakers living area. You have access to areas to hike, disc golf etc. The pool area is yours exclusively. Please note that the pool is only heated by solar and the Jacuzzi will be heated upon request.limited to 3 hours per day. (heated pool is $100 additional per day, and Jacuzzi is $50 per day) we keep our pricing low so heating is additional. You are welcome to enjoy the solar heated pool and jacuzzi for free.

Other things to note
Please note that no parties are allowed. Anybody over six guests is an additional charge. All children must be supervised in the pool area, and we are not responsible for any issues out of our control.
NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO TRAVEL APPROXIMATELY 1/3 OF A MILE DOWN A DIRT GRAVEL ROAD. THE ONLY LIGHT IS THE LIGHT OF THE STARS AND MOON SO AT NIGHT IT CAN BE CHALLENGING. DON'T WORRY HOWEVER, YOUR CAR WILL MAKE IT AND WE WILL LEAVE THE LIGHTS ON FOR YOU.
Pool area is for main house guests only. and Heating is subject to additional charges. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR JACUZZI $150 fee for that and removal of pool privilege's . Unfortunately it clogs our filters and requires additional cleaning.

Christmas Nightmare

This property isnt dog friendly and they dont tell you until you pay the booking fee that there is a half blind, unattended"ranch dog" that lives on the property with free reign including the house. We were fine when he followed us into the house the moment we got there because he seemed to get along with our dogs, but 3 hours after being told he would be retrieved he was still there humping our dogs and eating their food. We had to keep our dogs in the house because the "ranch dog" wouldnt stop barking every time we let them out.the last night of our stay he was barking and howling at max volume at every entrance of the house relentlessly. I messaged Lori,was told nobody was there and expected us to navigate unfamiliar property in pitch black 34 degree weather to put him back. we got out of bed and did what we could.he immediately followed us back and continued without pause until 4am when we couldnt take it anymore and let him in with us, had to keep him separate and feed him so he would stop taking from ours. Nobody(but us) picked up his poop the entire time(Ive never paid to do someone else's chores before.) hot tub takes an hour to heat(included in the 3), pool is not "solar heated" and cleanliness left A LOT to be desired. upon check out we received a "sorry" and no attempt at resolution. In closing, if you love beautiful views, zero sleep and being forced to take responsibility for other people's animals without consent, this is the place for you! Never again.

Perfect escape!

Super easy and fun property. We loved the giant kitchen and ample rooms/bathrooms. Was great for hosting a family event! We want to rebook in the summer to fully appreciate the property grounds and amenities.

This property backs to the cleveland national forest. The moon comes up to the east and sun sets to the west. BEAUTIFUL views. We have trails and peace. Pure magic.
