Newly renovated! This historic 4 bedroom/3 bath 2 Story home is located just 2 blocks from Frenchman Street and the French Quarter. Located in the Marigny Triangle, this 200 year old house can bring you memories that last for a lifetime. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is space for you and your whole krewe! Prime location with many restaurant and bar options all within walking distance you surely won't lack entertainment options! Bourbon St is 2.5 blocks away & then 4 more blocks down Bourbon to the action!

The property is a raised house, but it only has 1 step to get to the first floor. On the first level you will find a full kitchen, light filled living room, spacious bedroom, and hallway bath. Upstairs on the second floor you will find 3 bright and cheery bedrooms with 2 hallway bathrooms. All bedrooms have darkening curtains so you and your guests can snooze as long as you need.

There is a full size stair up to the second floor. The Washer and dryer are located in the hallway upstairs. Please note that there isn't any rear yard access. Drop your bags and explore the beautiful neighborhood.

Come and go as you please- Access is by keypad. We will send detailed self-check in instructions the day before your arrival.

The entire space is your exclusive area. Your private entrance is accessible from the street. This house is a duplex, so there are shared walls with my unit.

We provide basics such as towels, linens for the beds, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, blow dryers, filtered water, and coffee.

THE BEST VRBO EVER

We came here on a girls trip to New Orleans and had 7 of us. All of us had the same conclusion: this was the best rental we had ever stayed in. Incredibly clean, comfortable beds, lots of space, 3 gorgeous bathrooms, an amazing bathtub, a beautiful quiet neighborhood close to absolutely everything, and kind and responsive hosts. If we ever come again to New Orleans, this is an easy easy choice. We’ve all stayed at a lot of rental properties- this one is exceptional. Book it.

Fantastic Property

Where to start: 1. Check in was a breeze. It was simple, efficient and the communication left no unanswered questions. 2. The house is beautiful and so well stocked. The pictures do not do it justice. They have thought of so many details, like black washcloths for makeup. You can tell how much thought went into the design. 3. This is the cleanest property I have stayed at in any city. You can tell that the bedding was all laundered, everything felt clean--and in NOLA that is a rare gem. 4. Location is great. Street is quiet but you are right next to all the tourist amenities and still get a great nights sleep. Literally cannot think of a single negative. We loved having ample bathrooms and how wonderful this property truly was to stay at. Thank you for hosting us!
