Our home is just an 8-minute drive from Kona International Airport, and about 2.5 miles up the mountain into beautiful Kona Palisades. There's zero airport noise, lovely ocean and sunset views, and gentle breezes. We are located about 10 minutes from Costco and 15 minutes from the heart of Kailua-Kona town. There are beautiful beaches such as Pine Trees, Kukio Beach, and Kua Bay located just 15-20 minutes away.
We will email our guests a link to our digital Guidebook about a week before check-in, but message us if you'd like to preview it sooner. The Guidebook will display our keyless check-in and check-out procedures, describe our numerous amenities, explain the house rules, and provide our recommendations for dining, beaches, shopping, and more.

The location is perfect with a short 8-minute drive from the Kona International Airport. We love that many beaches, restaurants, and shopping are only 10-20 minutes away. Or, you can adventure to the other parts of the Big Island such as Waikaloa and Captain Cook, which is about 25-30 minutes away.
