Location is amazing! The property manager was very responsive and eager to help. The condo had everything we needed - trash bags, detergent, paper goods, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location directly on Yampa across from restaurants and the farmers market was great.

Great location on bottom floor. Easy walk to anything downtown Steamboat. Comfortable, basic. Not fancy but worked great for our needs. Host was responsive.

Great location in downtown Steamboat Springs

Great location easy walking distance to downtown dining and the super efficient shuttle to the ski mountain. Well equipped kitchen.

Perfect Downtown Location

This is a great place to stay local to the downtown area. Only blocks away from great food, bars and the Yampa River. The private parking is excellent and allows you to still be able to get out to the mountain or wherever else you might want to explore!

Steamboat Getaway

Can’t be happier with our experience. The host was able to help out with parking upon arrival. The place was perfect t for us. Close to everything and made getting around a breeze.

Perfect location for us

It worked out very well for us We could walk to the shopping and the wedding we were attending Parking in downtown is great as well . Only suggestion is we couldn’t figure out how to make it a little cooler

Clean, great location

3 adults stayed for skiing in March. Real close to the free shuttle. Food and drink options a plenty near by. Plenty of space for the 3 of us with room for more people. Con - the pull out couch is horrific, worthy of a Seinfeld episode. The top bunk is for a teenager, I'm not sure an adult would feel safe on it (weight stability issue) Suggestion - a ski rack would be nice, we were worried about scratching the walls. I'd stay here again.

Downtown Steamboat Stay

Only having 1 secure parking space is challenging since there is no overnight parking on public roads downtown. 2 of our guests got tickets on streets that were not even signed. Also the 7 guest rating is a stretch. Know that people will be sleeping on uncomfortable furniture in the living room.

Hi Jonathan, Thanks for your feedback. However, it is clearly noted on the listing that only one parking spot is available. I sent you parking lot information and informed you there is not any overnight parking downtown. The bedding information is also clearly listed and the maximum amount of people is 7.

Perfect location and the host provided all the timely details to enjoy our stay. Well-maintained and having dedicated parking in the heart of downtown Steamboat is a great benefit to this property. Would absolutely return.
