The house offers free parking for guests. The house is conveniently located to all the shopping, dinning, and short drive to businesses in the area. Many amenities are walking distance from the house including the light rail station can walk or bike to the light rail station or book an uber for getting around town.

This is a residential neighborhood, quiet hours are strictly enforced in accordance to city of Seatac which is Monday - Friday: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Saturday, Sunday & Legal Holidays: 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Inquiries or complaints will be directed to the Police department and a minimum fine of $500 will be applied to your stay.
Events are allowed for smaller gatherings such as birthdays, family get togethers etc. The house does not allow larger gatherings and all events have to be reviewed and approved by owner prior to booking. An event fee applies to all events, fee is based up event type/duration.
