Everything was very nice. And accurate according to the listing. The host was easy to work with the place was clean and easy to access. The only negatives that parking is a little bit tight if you have a truck, like I do. The shopping and dining close by is wonderful and it was really just a really good experience.

A couple of things that should be mentioned in the listing. First the parking. If you have a large SUV or truck, there is no way you’re making it in and out of that driveway. Second, 165 for a cleaning fee for 800 square feet is insane. We pay 150 for a 4000 square foot house. Now the positives, great location and super cute for a couples getaway. We walked to all the cute places downtown. Very quiet and quaint.

We loved everything about our stay. The location is fantastic. The layout was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the little garden and the convenient garage parking. It is such a lovely place and we will absolutely stay again and again! Highly highly recommend!

On the good side, the rental was cosy and well located near shops and a park, as expected. The beds were comfortable and communication with the host was easy and timely. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired and spoiled the experience. The floors and rugs were very dirty. We had to wear shoes at all times. Otherwise, our feet would be black. The towels were soured and we had to search through them to try to find ones that didn't smell. There is no automatic ice maker and the unit had only one partially filled ice tray in the freezer. Since we were staying only 1 night, there wasn't much that could have been done to correct the issues during our stay. Unfortunately, I would not stay there again.

It was perfect!!!

My friend and I came down to Fairhope for a visit! The place was perfect! The location was such that we could walk all around downtown! We had an awesome time, can’t wait to go back!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed staying at the loft. It was just as described with everything we needed for a long weekend stay in Fairhope. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture. Location is perfect for walking down to waterfront and the shops and restaurants downtown. Will stay here the next time we visit the area.

Great location in Fairhope. Walking distance to everything downtown. The loft is beautifully remodeled and felt very bright and clean. Great place to explore Fairhope.
