Thanks for the thoughtful feedback. We're glad to hear you found the house clean and comfortable, but you're right—the layout and check-in instructions should’ve been clearer. We'll be updating both the listing and the arrival info to avoid confusion going forward. Appreciate you pointing it out.

We are sorry the layout didn’t work well for your group, especially with the stairs and split-level bathrooms. We understand how tough that setup can be when traveling with someone older, and we genuinely regret that it impacted your stay. Thanks for sharing your experience—we’ll keep this in mind as we evaluate how we present the space and its accessibility.

Glenn, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We apologize that the AC was not working properly and that you experienced some cleaning issues. Both issues have been addressed since your stay. We are happy to read that you found the pictures to be an accurate reflection of the property. We apologize again for your experience.

Thanks so much for spending your Memorial Day weekend with us and for sharing your experience! We're so glad you enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and the easy access into the city—and spotting those turkeys must’ve been such a fun surprise! We really appreciate your note on the cleaning. While this isn't typical for our home, we took your feedback seriously and followed up right away with our cleaning team to make sure it doesn’t happen again. We’re always aiming for a spotless and welcoming space for our guests. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the layout and communal spaces, and we're thrilled that Willow Station and Anthos Bakery hit the mark—those are definitely some local gems. We'd love to host you again anytime you’re back in The Burgh!
