This cottage is a perfect haven for a family getaway or snowbirds looking to fly south for the winter months. This home comes with two golf carts for guest use. Located in a quiet gated resort, this bungalow’s modern décor and screened front porch will have you relaxing in no time. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, this home sleeps up to 9 people comfortably. The master suite has a king bed, private bath with double vanity, walk-in shower and large closet. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with custom built adult size bunk beds. One bunk bed is a twin over twin and the other is a twin over queen for the kids or kids at heart. The guest bedrooms share a full bath beautifully updated with a tub/shower combo to fit everyone’s needs.

The home has an open concept floor plan with a large living area, dining area, and chef's kitchen. This home has a large kitchen with breakfast bar and stainless appliances including a gas stove which is rare in our area. The open concept format also overlooks the living room for maximum socializing while meals are prepped and shared. You can eat your meals on the spacious screened porch, a perfect spot to enjoy your coffee as the sun rises each morning or a drink in the afternoon as the sun sets.

When you’re ready to soak up the Florida sun, take a short stroll to the community pool equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs or take your golf carts to the private resort beach! You can also cruise the 2400 acre resort and explore the many beautiful areas of natural landscaping, stocked ponds for fishing, restaurants, shops, golf courses, tennis courts, basketball court, playgrounds and more! There is something to do at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort for everyone. And you will want to come back time and time again to stay at 2488 Bungalos on every visit!
