Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: A comfortable king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: A cozy queen-sized bed
Bedroom 3: queen-sized bed

Bathrooms:
We've recently renovated both bathrooms to provide a clean and stylish experience. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom offers a relaxing bathtub. Fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are all provided for your convenience.

Kitchen:
Our fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight! You'll find all the modern appliances you need to prepare a home-cooked meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. A spacious dining area is adjacent to the kitchen for enjoying your meals together.

Outdoor Space:
Step outside to a lovely backyard with a patio. It's a great spot for morning coffee or evening BBQs. The fenced-in yard offers privacy and security for your kids to play safely.

SMOKING:
-Strictly No Smoking allowed. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.

There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout

CLEANING:
- If Food, Spilled drinks, Shoeprints, Blood stains, or any type of damage is found on the linens, please be aware that we will need to request a replacement fee starting at minimum $35

PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest that doesn't have reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
