The home boasts a spacious enclosed backyard that is perfect for entertaining with a fabulous landscape and huge trees that provide considerable shade. Gather around the firepit to roast s'mores or enjoy a refreshing splash in your private outdoor pool. The new poolside paver patio provides you with a great spot to dine alfresco and host summertime barbecues. Unwind on the poolside loungers after a delicious grilled treat.

Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home has a welcoming open floor plan with new flooring throughout. Spread out comfortably in the living room while the chef of the group prepares a delicious homemade meal in the updated kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances, new high-end quartz countertops, and plenty of sitting space. Remote workers and students will love the dedicated office space/den with a working desk. This along with the high-speed WiFi throughout the home makes it ideal for remote working.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
