To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.

If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.

Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
Guest must be 25 years old to book. No smoking or pets or there will be a $2,500 pet dander and smoking removal fee.

No parties, events or loud music of any kind allowed at any time. Any over occupancy or parties will be subject to immediate eviction.

This a combined duplex with two separate units. Both units have separate entrances. Max occupancy for both units booked is (12) max including children and (4) cars total.

No pets are allowed.

All trash must be disposed of upon your stay in bags in the receptacles including bathroom trash or there is a $25 per bag removal fee. Please wash all dishes in the dishwasher before you leave and no food, please in bedrooms or on linens.
