The Space:
For those looking for a peaceful mountain getaway, this home is for you! Situated in a peaceful setting, mountain and forest views surround this beautiful home, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable mountain getaway. The main home features 4 bedrooms, a cozy den, and a spacious great room, providing plenty of space for your group to spread out. When guests enter the home, they will find the den directly to the left of the front door, and the great room to the right. The den is the perfect family-friendly hangout spot with a leather couch, a TV that includes a Wii game console, and a variety of children's games, books, and toys. The great layout of the home makes it easy to keep an eye on the little ones playing in the den as it looks across to the great room and has a doorway leading into the kitchen.

Just across the tiled entryway is the open great room, a space filled with large windows and lovely decor creating a homey ambiance. You will find ample seating accommodations in this room, with two couches and two chairs situated around the beautiful stone hearth fireplace and TV. On the other side of the room is the dining area, where you will find a large table with seating for 6. The table is situated next to beautiful French doors that lead out to the outdoor deck where you will find outdoor seating and a BBQ providing a great extension of living space.

Just off the dining room is the beautiful kitchen, complete with ample cabinet space and a lovely butcher block kitchen island with 3 bar stools. The chef in your group will find everything they need and more in this kitchen! Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including a flex duo oven, a wide range of dishes and cookware, and even a separate water filtration system, your group will have all you need and more to create delicious meals and memories together. Rounding out the lower level of the home is a powder room centrally located off the front entryway

When you are ready to tuck in for the night, head up the stairs where you will find 4 bedrooms, a full bathroom, as well as a closet with a washer and dryer. Step into the master bedroom where you will find a luxurious king-size bed with an adjustable Puffy brand mattress. You will be in for a good night’s rest on this plush adjustable bed that even has a massage feature. The rest of the bedroom is outfitted with matching nightstands with lamps, a desk with a chair, a dresser, and an attached bathroom. Comfortably freshen up before bed in the master bath which boasts a double-sink vanity with ample storage space, a walk-in shower, a separate vanity area, and a walk-in closet. Next to the master bedroom is the bunk room, a bedroom perfect for the children in your group to share with a twin-over-twin bunk bed that includes a twin trundle bed providing ample sleeping space. The bedroom includes a chair and a closet with plenty of space to unpack your personal belongings. On the other end of the hallway is the additional two bedrooms. The third bedroom is a bright and inviting space, with large windows filling the space with natural light and providing beautiful views over nature. The bedroom is outfitted with everything you need during your stay including a queen-size bed, a futon couch, a desk with a chair, and a walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom is a beautifully decorated space with two plush queen-size beds, a cozy chair tucked next to the large windows, and a large closet to store your personal belongings. All of the bedrooms feature plush carpeting, ceiling fans, and portable window fans, providing additional comfort for your stay. Rounding out the upstairs is a shared full bathroom, which features a large double-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo.

This home also includes an attached studio, providing a great additional living space for larger groups. The studio is a beautifully decorated space that includes a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher as well as a table with seating for 3. Step further into the room where you will find two queen-size beds atop plush carpeting, a cozy reading chair, and a large dresser with a 45” TV on top. The studio also includes a spacious closet and a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a tiled shower.

Guests will have access to the entire home, which includes a studio home, and a private backyard space. Guests will also have access to 5 parking spots in the driveway in front of the home.

This beautiful mountain home is tucked between the mountain towns of Frisco and Breckenridge, providing stunning nature just outside your front door with multiple hiking, biking, and walking trails found close by. Gain elevation and embark on a day in the mountains on the Colorado Trail, or head to the Gold Hill trailhead for an out-and-back climb. If you are looking for a bit more city life you are just a short drive or bus ride from Breckenridge's historic Main Street, where you will find a bustling area of eateries, breweries, shops, boutiques, and entertainment options to enjoy. For those in town for a winter ski trip, the location of the home puts you in close proximity to some of the area's best ski slopes with Breckenridge Ski Resort, Keystone Resort, Cooper Mountain, and others within a 30-minute drive away.

Getting Around:
For those looking to spend time exploring the nature of Breckenridge and surrounding areas, the location of this home is ideal for you! In just a five-minute drive, be out on the Colorado Trailhead or Gold Hill trailhead. Or jump onto Summit County's free public transportation, the Summit Stage, giving you access to Keystone, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Breckenridge, and other surrounding areas. The nearest bus stop does require a short drive as it is located just under a mile from the home, where you will find the Amerigas bus stop near Highway 9. This can connect you to the Breck Free Ride buses, or the Main Street Trolley, making it easy to get around town.

Breckenridge historic district and the beautiful town of Frisco are both within less than a 15-minute drive from this lovely home. You will have multiple parking access in downtown Breck, with one of the bigger lots at the BreckConnect Gondola - a gateway to endless skiing options. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

There are multiple cameras located on the property. There is one at the front door, at the back door entrance to the studio, and one in the back facing the shed. Inside the property, there is a camera in the owner's closet and one at the studio entry inside facing the water stern.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
