The condo and description were spot on! It’s dated but it’s very clean, roomy and communication with our host couldn’t have been any better. The resort itself is simply amazing. But the best part for our family were the bicycles. We biked for miles around the resort daily, enjoying the scenery.

The family loved the golf cart and the bikes. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas in the storage closet. Quick golf cart ride to the beach and the wharf. Plenty of room for our family of 6

My family had a wonderful time at your second home! The beach equipment is fully stocked. The golf cart was great to move around the wharf and the beach. The property was very clean and had everything we needed! Mrs. Judy is a great host, she took the time to text me with recommendations of free activities during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home is awesome and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and all the amenities Sandestin has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and private. The golf cart is key in this community!The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. We especially loved spending time on the patio after long days at the beach.Robert and Judy were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made the entire process seamless from booking to checkout.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect Sandestin getaway. Five stars!

Perfect Getaway

We had a great time at the Sandestin Resort, and the house was exactly as described. Hosts were very helpful with communications, sharing local things to do and having lots of amenities like bikes and beach towels to use.

This home is very centrally located on the property, close to the wharf, pools, beach and ponds for fishing. The kids loved using the golf cart to get around, but everything was so close they could walk also. I loved not having to bring or rent beach chairs, umbrellas, boards and beach towels. An added bonus was the use of bicycles and fishing equipment, there were so many things for the kids to do. Judy was great to work with and check in/out could not have been easier. Highly recommend!

Great Experience

We had a great stay! The location was very centrally located super easy to get to the beach, the pools, and Baytowne Wharf and the Marina. The golf cart was definitely a great plus. Would definitely book again for future trips.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was well stocked with the essentials and lots of beach equipment! We loved sitting on the back screened in patio. With 2 ceiling fans, it was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the house and the community. Only had to take our car to Harbor Walk. Everything else was accessible with the golf cart. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

Great place to stay in Sandestin

We enjoyed this place so much last year that we booked with them again this year. The location is perfect for staying at Sandestin. They have a golf cart to get you around to shopping, dining, the grocery store, the Wharf and the best, the beach. There are two pools you have access to that are clean and fun for the family. The condo has a screened in porch that we enjoyed and the rooms are all cozy for the stay. I hope to visit again!

Nice place

The location and golf cart was excellent. The things we missed was an outdoor grill and the stove was a little outdated. We brought things to grill and had to use the oven which took too long. Enjoyed our stay..

Robert and Judy were exceptional to work with anytime We had a question a simple text and it was answered almost immediately, excellent communication and cleanliness of the property. We will be back. The golf cart and bikes were a huge plus for our family. We look forward to coming back.

Great Location and Host

Second time at this location in the last 12 months. We will book again for next years trip. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers and never felt crowded. Lots of space, clean, and Judy is great to work with. The golf cart is a huge win, making it easy and convenient to get everywhere.

Our host was wonderful. She is quick to reply when there are questions. The Villa is beautifully decorated. My grandchildren kept telling me it felt like home there. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach, Baytown wharf and the Grand Boulavard. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could want and lots of toys, chairs, and umbrella to take to the beach. The grandkids loved having the bicycles to ride to the beach and the wharf. Best vacation ever!

Annual family vacation-success!

Our stay in your property was wonderful! The location is so close to everything we needed. Your offering of bikes, scooters and EVERYTHING for the beach made packing so much easier!!! The golf cart was probably the favorite of everyone- so convenient to get where we wanted to go quickly and also just nice to take a leisurely drive. Judy was so quick to respond to questions and I think I found a new friend:) We certainly hope it is available next year for our trip!! The Clark’s.
