This is a great vacation rental. The place came with towels, utensils in the kitchen, and soap provided in the bathrooms and kitchen. The balcony with an ocean view was amazing. We loved the pool, especially that this place had a kiddie pool. The location is great and just a short walk to the beach with access on the property.

The only thing that I would have liked to have seen were some larger glasses for dinner service but that's not a big deal. The team at Gibson is always a joy to deal with and they're always very responsive to any concern. I really appreciate their great service because that's nit always easy to find. Looking forward to our next stay.

We loved our stay with this host. The location was exactly as described. Very clean property with a beautiful view of the ocean. Check in was very easy and the room was actually ready before our arrival. Very happy with our stay.

Great accommodations! Really nice that there was enough seating in the living room for six people. There were also two brand new sets of bistro patio sets when we arrived. Best seating in any unit we have ever used. Only recommendations would be new flooring in the main master room/bath and swap out the old cast iron tubs for walk-in showers. That would make it easier for disabled bathing. Everything else was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is just like our home. We have stayed in this unit for 3 years. It has recently been painted and had a refresh with decor. It is perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on the 3rd floor is the right combination! The view from the balcony is incredible. The location of this property is next to some private homes which meant the beach wasn’t crowded. Any questions that I had prior to our trip were answered promptly through Gibson Beach Rentals. Perfect vacation!

Excellent Property for Family

The location, property, and amenities were exceptional. This is the second time that we have stayed in a Gibson property, and have been extremely pleased with them. I highly recommend this location and Gibson Beach Properties.

Perfect for family vacation!

We loved our stay here- great location and facility. We cooked at condo several meals and had everything we needed. Condo was good sized/roomy for our family of 6. The view from balcony is great!

Huge balcony, stunning views, perfect location

I have zero complaints. Highly recommend this at this property again. You can’t beat the view, location and balcony. Wasn’t loud or noises either. Love the Westwinds building!
