Our Paradise Valley guesthouse is close to almost everything with many stores, restaurants, hiking trails, lakes, golf courses and attractions in the Phoenix / Scottsdale area just minutes away. You will be close to, PV shopping, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, Scottsdale fashion square, Desert ridge market place and the Musical Instrument Museum.

Just bring your tooth brush! Dishes, linens, pots, pans, towels are all provided. You will enjoy the King bed in the main bedroom and a full size bed in the 2nd bedroom. Which we can swap out for an office desk if you need the workspace instead of second bed, with prior notice of course.

Lovely Guesthouse

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. We found the property lovely, with a nice modern decor. The kitchen was very well set up for cooking. We used sleep eye masks, and so weren’t bothered by the lack of curtains in the bedroom. I would stay here again.

Delightful owners and pristine property

We enjoyed our stay. The property is in pristine condition with some bespoke touches in the kitchen. Kathy was a pleasure to interact with and very responsive on questions. The only nit I would pick is that there are no window coverings in the bedrooms. This is not a privacy issue due to outdoor privacy walls but for my son and I it did impact our sleep schedules as we were up with the sunrise. Coming from a different time zone and being on a “vacation” sleep schedule this was a bit of a disappointment. Other than that this property was perfect for our needs. I do want to reiterate that this property was overall amazing and the hospitality was extraordinary.

Amazing place

An amazing place to stay in Phoenix. House is brand new and was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location in a quiet neighborhood that made it easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. Host was very friendly and very easy to get in touch with, with any questions we had. Would highly recommend this rental and will definitely be looking to book it again the next time we travel to Phoenix.

A Hidden Gem

New, clean, great layout and a quiet family neighborhood. Add in a responsive owner and a fantastic location for getting around Phoenix and Scottsdale and this is one of the best listings I've seen.

When attending the Arabian Horse Show, Barrett Jackson Car Auction, Spring Training Games, and Tournament Players Club (TPC) this Guesthouse an ideal place to stay!
