Aloha, welcome to this beautiful waterfront condo with endless sunset views overlooking the Laguna Madre! This relaxing retreat boasts several comfortable private decks overlooking the water. A sparkling pool and docks for fishing or boating are just steps from your door. Beautiful beaches, a variety of dining options, stores, bait shops, and charters are all nearby. Boat trailer parking and washdown area, as well as a fish cleaning station, are available on the property. Whether it’s the beaches, fishing, bird watching, or just relaxing that brings you to North Padre Island, you will love this property.

The well-equipped kitchen has a smokeless grill, dishwasher, and a convenient coffee bar with Keurig for brewing either K-cup or ground. Comfortable seating and a smart TV are ready to welcome your casual downtime in the living room between outings. Two of the bedrooms include a TV for added flexibility. All three bedrooms feature access to a balcony. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and washer/dryer on the property.

Great condo on the bay!

This condo was great for a quick fishing trip down to the coast. Being able to keep the boat in the water is great! Very comfortable and clean! Will stay here again!

Place is great will be back.

Had a wonderful stay with the family. Spacious living area, rooms are nice, beds very comfortable. Back patio is furnished and has a view looking over the bay. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Location is close to beach, stores, food, gas station, etc. Parking is better than other units two vehicles or truck and trailer can fit. Fishing and boat docks available first come. Washer and dryer across the street by pool area. The only thing that could make it better is if garage space was available for beach belongings for safe keeping. Overall would recommend to others for a pleasant stay.
