The space is designed and prepared with love for your arrival, it has spacious rooms, kitchen, living room with Smart Tv, dining room, swimming pool, garden, terrace, foosball table and basketball court. We are located 30 minutes from the beautiful beach of Puerto Progreso, welcome!

The Space:
The house is spacious, fresh and welcomes you clean and equipped for your comfort. It has:

-2 bedrooms with desk, closet, air conditioning and hammock.
-The master bedroom has Smart Tv.
-2 full bathrooms and half bath with towels, hygiene amenities, hair dryer and hot water. The master bedroom bathroom has a bathtub.
-Kitchen equipped to cook all your food and snacks.
-Dining room and living room with Smart TV so you don't miss your favorite shows (sorry for the inconvenience we don´t have AC in common rooms)
-Private swimming pool.
-Terrace with outdoor dining area.
-Garden
-Foosball table and basketball court to spend a pleasant afternoon playing with your family.
-Washer, dryer and cleaning tools.

Guest Access:
We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. Our staff will meet you at the entrance of the property to hand over the keys and welcome you as you deserve :)

The Neighborhood:
The property is very well located, all around you will find a variety of shopping malls, theaters, museums, galleries, parks, restaurants, cafes, bars and more activities to do.

You will be very close to the neighborhood markets, where you can try the typical Yucatecan food, you will be delighted!

We are located 5 minutes from the main avenue Paseo de Montejo.

The Dzibilchaltún Archaeological Zone is 25 minutes away and Puerto Progreso beach is 30 minutes away. You will be only 15 minutes from the center of the beautiful White City.

The nearest supermarket is Walmart 5 minutes away by car, you will also find an Oxxo 4 minutes away.

Merida is a city that makes any kind of traveler happy :) Don't forget to visit the stunning beaches of the area, the mysterious cenotes, the magnificent subway rivers, the fascinating archaeological monuments and the Mayan settlements.

We recommend you visit the beaches of Sisal and Chelem for a day of rest and relaxation.

Getting Around:
The drive from Merida International Airport to the property is approximately 25 minutes. We suggest you arrive by car. You can take a taxi at the airport, use mobility apps or rent a car from one of the agencies when you land.

Other Things to Note:
Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Thank you very much for your support!

Additional services:
-Cleaning fee: $500 MXN

The property offers the flexibility to accommodate an extra guest with the provision of a single bed, complete with a wooden base

Some staff members live here, so we will be attentive to anything we can do to complement your stay.
-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
