Neither you have to clean the ashes bowl during your stay.!! . Its use is very similar to using the water toilet, but using a paper liner for hygiene reason, pushing start bottom, and working without water. This toilet can be used up to 3-4 times per hour, and it will remain always cold and ready to be used. Due to high cost of it, we ask guests kindly to be willing to follow up instructions properly... Give yourself the chance of enjoying your stay in our premise while trying this environmentally friendly toilet design.!

***THE MOST IMPORTANT PART:
This booking is subjected to the acceptance of Electric Toilet Instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS ELECTRIC TOILET: FOR # 1 & # 2 USE.
1-Open the lid always before each use
2-Place a new bowl liner into toilet bowl. For each #1 and #2
3-Everyone, please sit down.
4-Make your deposit. Um, thank you.
5-Toilet paper, tampons & sanitation pads go into the bowl liner, too. For #2, please also throw a Cleaner Cone in it. NO WATER in it.
6-Flush the toilet stepping on the foot pedal.
7- Close the lid.
8- Push the Start button at back for starting an incineration cycle. Please keep the bath exhaust fan off during the incinerator cycle.
9-Want to use toilet again WHILE it is running a incinerator cycle???..
You DO NOT have to wait. SIMPLY, Just follow the above steps again from step 1 to 8. And WOW …. toilet is COLD & READY!!

**OPTIONAL WATERLESS URINAL:
FOR # 1 USE ONLY,
*Unisex Urinal use is opt to you.
*We encourage its use in case you love to use urinal, need to use the bidet or want to save energy.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1-After using the urinal spray bath cleaner into the urinal bowl.
2-Rinse it with water using the hand- held-bidet sprayer
attached to the wall.
*Please do not throw toilet paper, sanitation pads or tampons into the urinal bowl..
***GUEST ACCESS:
The entire barn is yours. Feel free to explore the grounds and use shared seating areas in the main patio. We have another rental suite in the main residence so you may see or encounter other guests in shared areas (main patio/front parking). You will have One Parking Space in front Main-House. Please, Not park your car in front the main garage. You can access the premise through the Right White Gate. Complete instructions will send to you before check-in.

***AWARE: Please being aware that there is a L- shaped stair with one landing and 13 steps that requires climbing carefully so it is not suitable for disabled people, children or infants.
***IMPORTANT NOTE: BUGS !!!!!!! Bugs are attracted to light and for the forest backdrop. If doors are open for long periods of time, bugs can and will fly in. Guests may leave outside lights off thru the night to deter bugs from bringing in.
