The quality was poor
We booked this condo for a family vacation. There were a lot of issues within the condo itself which consists of the following: The pullout sofa needs replaced, the mattress is broken down and the mattress had mold on the bottom of it. There is no vent fan in one of the bathrooms. The hot water would run out after two showers. The bathtub had no plug to run a bath for my toddlers. One of the drawers next to the fridge would hit the fridge every time it opened, you had to open the fridge to open the drawer to access silverware. One of the twin mattresses was as comfortable and had a topper the other was hard as concrete and very uncomfortable to sleep on, even for a child. The Internet went out while we were there. Pest control stopped by while we were on vacation and insisted on spraying which made me uncomfortable with children in the condo and it being just myself there. Was extremely unprofessional. The beach chairs you couldn’t even use, they were so rusted and broken/in such poor shape. There is also a broken patio table that cut my daughter because it’s in such poor condition. It needs to be replaced. Until all these matters are addressed, I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Wonderful place to stay
We’ve been regular gulf coast summer vacationers for many years especially when our kids were younger. We normally stay in the Orange Beach area. This is our first stay in Fort Morgan. We will be back. It is so nice to get away from some of the crowds. The facility was awesome and well taken care of and easy to access. The condo was very nice, clean and well taken care of and maintained. It was very comfortable but it does need a few things replaced and updated. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, it’s wore out and difficult for two people to sleep on. The balcony needs to be cleaned, and the front door has a large gap that needs to be adjusted or fixed. However, the biggest annoyance was the palm tree that partially blocks the view of the beach from the balcony. It needs to be cut or removed. It interferes with the best feature.This is unfortunate because the tall Adirondack chairs on the balcony are a great addition and where we spent most of our time. Overall, this is a great place and would deserve a 5 star rating if those few things were fixed or replaced.

Great time away!
We enjoyed our stay here very much. There was so much to offer if not on the property not far highly recommend. Great atmosphere and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough if we wanted to shop, putt putt or find something to do. We ate at the hangout great atmosphere and Tackey Jacks with a great view, both very good and on the way home we ate at The Gathering for breakfast also great food. Some of the things we did was walked the beach early mornings with coffee in hand and at night, played pickle ball, swam in the pool, used the gym, and sat in one of the largest hot tubs I have ever seen and of course sat in the sun on the beach and at the pool, played in the sand like a bunch of kids it was double red flags everyday, also went shell hunting and crab hunting. Away from the resort we went to the pier, to the Fort to check out the history which was very interesting, explored the the Bon Secour Refugee, putt putt at Pirates Island and went for ice-cream. The condo supplied the equipment at the condo for the putting green, tennis, and pickle ball. They even had some beach stuff on the balcony to offer. Only complaint, wish we would have known all this was there at the condo so we could have packed lighter and wish we would have known we would have needed at least one more bath towel, and wash cloth we had 5 adults and ended up needing to do a load of towels since we were there for 6 days which they have a laundry room that does cost on the ground floor.

Great Vacation!
This unit was large enough to fit myself and 3 kids. It is clean and has that wonderful beachy feel that I needed! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was very easy and we had no issues throughout the stay. The beach was just a quick walk over the boardwalk... very close. The outdoor pools were very cold this time of the year, so not many people used them. One Sassy Bass location is located on property, so don't forget to try it! There is another location with more food, market, and liquor store about 3 miles west as well. Drawbacks- the indoor pool facility is across a large parking lot. There doesnt seem to be a good ventilation system in place as everyone, including myself, complained of burning eyes and lungs. The security guard sent us to the neighboring building pool. You only have 1 choice of indoor pool. The building next door has a wonderful domed pool that feels so much better. But if key cards are being used, you cannot access this one. This unit is managed by a company and not the personal owners. So if you're looking for a more personal greeting or feeling, you won't get it. They are very nice!! But you just don't get that extra personal touch! Overall this was a great stay! I will definitely keep this property in mind for next year's trip.

Wonderful Stay!!!
This condo was well worth the money!!! Short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it easy to get ready with a group of four!!!

Relaxing Week
This resort was great because it was out of the hustle and bustle of the Gulf Shores beach area. We did not see anyone we knew and were able to spend time by the pool and beach.

Spring break family trip
We had a great stay! The weather wasn't the best but we were still able to use the pools and hot tubs and enjoyed playing pickleball and basketball. Everything was very clean and as described. We would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience with our three kids (4 months, 2 years, and 4 years). There was plenty of room for all of us. Quaint and Quiet - Relaxing
The condo has a fully stocked kitchen. It comes with basic amenities. There are signs to remove comforters, so bring extra blankets if you get cold. The condo was clean and had an assortment of beach toys for kids. We throughly enjoyed our time and would definitely book a stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, well-decorated place to stay!
This is a very nice resort with security and a restaurant onsite. We ate there several times and it was really good. We came here for our daughter’s 13th birthday and had a wonderful vacation! The owner was very prompt to answer any question I had. The condo was very clean and well decorated with a cute beach theme! The decor was actually what made my daughter choose this one over others. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the showers were nice with good water pressure. The beach was easy to access as well as two outdoor pools, a hot tub, and one indoor pool. I will definitely recommend to others!

Excellent Property!!
This really was a fantastic place to vacation! The property is so nice especially for families. Right on the beach and not crowded! The property manager was so easy to get a hold of and very nice when responding to my many questions! I have already recommended this to people I know and would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful retreat
Condo was clean & super cute…our kiddos loved the fish pillows. Beds are very comfortable. Building is very quiet & has everything you need. Pools are nice & the beach is clean not crowded at all. Security has a nice presence on site, as well. The resort is about 15 minutes from the main Gulf Shores attractions. There are a couple DG’s close by for essentials if needed. Would definitely return!

Weeked get away
The staff were nice, and the condo was very clean. It was a well maintained community. Very quiet and pieceful. If you want to get away from the normal beach crowed i suggest Fort Morgan.
