This updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath Watercrest condo is located in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This third-floor beachfront unit has expansive gulf views with no need for an elevator (although there are 4 available) and plenty of parking with no parking garage…easy access! Watercrest offers guests a large, heated swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, poolside bar & grill (open seasonally), tennis & pickle ball courts, outdoor showers, picnic area, charcoal grills, & fitness center!

This spacious unit offers over 1,400 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinetry, quartz countertops, oversized kitchen island, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating (including a pullout sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8) with views of the Gulf of Mexico, Smart TV w/cable, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony. There are few units in PCB with balconies this large. The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, Smart TV w/cable, double closets, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, complete with a shower bench, safety bar, and double shower heads. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and its own oversized closet and Smart TV w/cable. The second bathroom also has a large, walk-in shower with bench and double shower heads. The unit has a spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well.
