Nestled in the Windsor Island Resort gated community, this upscale, high-end two-story retreat is ready to be the home base for all your next adventures! When you book this snowbird-friendly home, you are granted access to the resort's on-site amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, cabanas, a sand volleyball court, a playground, a water slide, a kids' splash zone, an outdoor bar, a poolside firepit, a basketball court, a tennis court, a children's pool, a lazy river, hammocks, a game room with arcade games and air hockey, and hot tubs.

Not only will you enjoy access to impressive on-site amenities, but you will also be within a short driving distance of great local restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and must-visit attractions, including Disney World, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, and Hollywood Studios!

Upon entering this magnificent home, you will be greeted by an impressive open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one fantastic living space. Unwind in the welcoming living area featuring comfortable sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained. Prepare tasty homemade meals and quick snacks on the go in the well-appointed chef's kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. The home enjoys an enclosed screened backyard with a heated outdoor pool, poolside loungers, and a BBQ area with a gas grill and a picnic table. There is a Star Wars-themed bedroom on this floor.

Upstairs, you will discover four additional bedrooms and an Avengers-themed living area with a smart TV, board games, and a Pac-Man arcade. There are two main suites, each with an en suite bathroom and a smart TV, a Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom with a smart TV, and a Harry Potter-themed bedroom.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
