Leslie our host was extremely communicative and responsive, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, comfy, and right on the trails of Purgatory resort and in between Durango and Silverton, which made it easily accessible to all sorts of activities. We would definitely stay here again!

2nd time to stay in this unit. Our family loves the set up and the convenience. Back patio overlooking the ski run is awesome. Indoor wood burning fireplace burns hot and is great after a long day on the mountain.

The condo was very nice. It most definitely would have been ski in/out had the snow conditions been normal. We’ve been skiing Purgatory for more than 30 years and have never seen the snow as scarce as it is this year. We would definitely return to this condo. What we learned is with 8 people stagger showers so everyone has hot water and no addl cookware is needed! It was well equipped. Also, views were lovely.

Stay was great. Enough room to fit everyone. Love how close it is to the lifts and village. Not much snow sadly but that’s not anything related to the condo.

Great Stay with Beautiful Surrounding Views!

We rented this property to stay for a wedding and were so impressed, with the gorgeous views. Property was well stocked, clean and convenient to restaurants and activities. Will definitely stay again.

Great Ski in Ski out

2 families, 4 adults 4 kids, loved the location, great deck overlooking mountain and hill for kids to sled. Had everything we needed, can be a little tight in the public areas with that many people but plenty of bedrooms to spread out.
