Above a large quiet private home garage, this new construction modern studio is nicely appointed with rugged industrial-style furniture. Full bath with soaker tub/shower combo and full washer/dryer. Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, counter oven, full-size microwave, hot plate, and slow cooker. There are two separate dining areas. A sitting area with a small loveseat, two oversized chairs, and a 65-inch Roku SmartTV. A bedroom area with a king-size platform bed and a 65-inch Roku SmartTV. Three large windows look East onto the Swan Mountain Range. Vaulted ceiling with large ceiling fan. Guest-controlled heat and air conditioning for individual comfort levels. The Studio is on four acres in Ferndale, Montana. Surrounded by incredible outdoor activities year-round, this is a perfect base camp location for any adventure at any time of the year. June, July, and August are illuminating months in Montana, with the sun staying out to play for an average of 16 hours. From The Studio you are just minutes away from fishing, boating, kayaking, waterskiing, rafting, and other summer fun with Flathead Lake being 10 mins, Swan Lake 10 mins, Seeley Lake 45 mins, Loon Lake 3 mins, Horseshoe Lake 3 mins. and Swan River access 5 mins. There are plenty of options other than water fun too, such as hiking, camping, biking, birding, and horseback riding. Glacier Park is 45–50-minute drive. The quaint little village of Bigfork is about 15 minutes from The Studio and offers exceptional dining, art galleries, shopping, and the Bigfork Playhouse, known for bringing the best of Broadway to the Rockies. For those winter wonderland lovers, The Studio is 45 minutes from both Whitefish Mountain Resort and Blacktail Ski Mountain. The quiet months of spring and fall are my favorite.
