Sunlit, spacious, and very stylish, this modern home boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with a complete suite of stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep space, and a breakfast bar. Gather together for mealtimes or family game nights in the adjacent dining area and then settle into the plush sectional in the living area to watch TV into the evening. A furnished loft at the top of the stairs offers an additional space for reading or TV watching.

Step outside into your screened lanai and indulge in a refreshing swim in your very own private pool.

This townhouse also features central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
An EV charging station is available in the nearby Aldi's shopping center.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
