Indoor you will find a completely open gourmet kitchen and living room space with a hallway leading to 3 sunny bedrooms and the bathroom with everything set up for comfort and ease during your stay.

Gourmet Kitchen

-Fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, spices, a keurig with a coffee station, blender, toaster, crockpot, and instapot.

-Stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and gas range.

-Breakfast nook area with seating for 4. Additional seating at the island for 3. Both of these areas easily double as workspaces.

Grab some groceries or have them delivered, show up, and be ready to enjoy your vacation!


Living Room

-Comfy couch that easily seats 6
-65” television with Sonos surround speaker with a Roku that has YouTube TV app with tons of channels including HBO. You can also access other popular apps with your logins as well.

Outdoors you will enjoy plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the seasons of Colorado. There is fenced in courtyard in the front, an outdoor dining table on the side patio, a 4 person hot tub, a gas fire pit, and a backyard with plenty of room for your dog to run around.

**Please do note, that this is the top floor of our home along with exclusive access to the outdoor amenities. We travel a ton for work, so we likely won't be home when you stay. If home we are here to help if needed otherwise with the exception of the occasional potty break for our leashed pup.**
