Your gateway to PNW adventure presents itself at this beautiful Sunriver home! Six sets of snowshoes are provided for your enjoyment during the winter months and Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is within quick driving distance. During the warmer months of the year, explore local hotspots like Lava Lands, Benham Falls, and the High Desert Museum.

After a day filled with brand-new adventure, settle down and get cozy amidst the living room's fireplace, ample seating, Bluetooth stereo, and a 58" smart TV. Cable is also available in nearly every room of the house, meaning your favorite shows will almost always be at your disposal, no matter where you choose to lounge. All of your culinary pursuits will be practiced with ease amidst the kitchen's full suite of appliances. What’s more, should you need an item or ingredient to complete a favorite meal, Sunriver Marketplace is just a short distance, about 300 yards, southeast of the home via the paved pathway that parallels Cottonwood Drive.

Relaxing moments to yourself can be spent in the nature-themed bedrooms, all boasting soft quilts and homey finishes. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the stellar interior amenities.

As the sun begins to set over the pines, head outside and fire up the gas grill. The starry night sky is best paired with bubbling soaks in the private hot tub.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: One camera at the front door and one over the driveway.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
