Step through the elegant brick arch that defines the entrance to your home away from home. You will find natural wood floors and a sparkling chandelier welcoming you inside. Vaulted ceilings in the entry draw you into the living room with full views of the lake right outside. Natural light flows in, creating an open and airy feel. This is the perfect space to unwind and connect with friends and family or to gather for after dinner drinks and share a laugh or two.

The open kitchen is fully equipped to handle any occasion, whether it's an elaborate holiday feast or simply feeding a growing family and keeping the kitchen stocked with all their favorite drinks and snacks – you have all the space you need. A Keurig and drip coffee maker are available for each guest to prepare their favorite cup of Joe! The kitchen table and counter also offer the perfect space for your everyday meals, quick snacks, and breakfasts. The adjacent dining room is great for sit-down family style dinners, but it is elegantly furnished, making it the perfect setting for even the fanciest occasions.

If you head downstairs, you will be thrilled to discover a game room so spacious it could practically be an additional home – complete with adjoining bedrooms and another full kitchen! The downstairs boasts a living room perfect for playing board games, puzzles, or cards, and even a full-sized shuffleboard and foosball table. The extra kitchen is great for whipping up snacks and can serve as the perfect bar for entertaining.

One of the defining features of this home is the in-home theater just to the side of the game room. The luxury theater has a state of the art sound system, gaming console and plush leather recliners perfect for losing yourself in your favorite flick. Branching out from the game room are two additional bedrooms: one bunk room perfect for the kids with two bunk beds, and another cozy bedroom with a king bed and direct bathroom access.

Conveniently located on the dock are all of the fun lake toys which include: a kayak, a paddle board, and an assortment of life jackets. Remember, Lake Norman has no restrictions, so it is perfect for extreme water sports like water skis and wakeboards! Your private dock is large enough to accommodate several watercraft, so you can take advantage of our multiple day rentals and keep your toys close at hand.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
