Beautifully upgraded 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. Comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Enter the condo downstairs where there are 2 bedrooms and 1 and half bathrooms. Take the stairs to the second floor where you find the open floor plan living area with vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, access to the deck, dining area, kitchen and second bathroom. The living room has comfortable seating and overlooks the fireplace and deck. There is a queen sofa bed and a twin sofa bed available in the living room. The dining area has seating for 6 people and is right next to the fully remodeled and upgraded kitchen with all amenities for cooking during your stay. The second bathroom has a fully tiled walk-in shower. There is also a nice workspace at the top of the stairs. The primary bedroom downstairs has a comfortable king-size bed and large closet. Down the hall you will find the second bedroom with a queen bed and a pyramid bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top. There is private half bathroom attached to the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a TV. The main bathroom downstairs is located off the hall and has a shower/tub combo. There is a stackable washer/dryer for guest use.

The Woodlands complex features a summertime heated pool and BBQ area, year-round hot tub and sauna. Woodlands is conveniently located across the street from the free Red Line shuttle that runs through town and up to the Main Lodge. Woodlands is close to the Sierra Star and Snowcreek golf courses, close to shops and restaurants, Mammoth Creek Park, the bike paths and Mammoth Community Recreaction Center. You are just a short drive to the skiing if you do no want to ride the shuttle. Woodlands is an excellent location to enjoy Mammoth Lakes and the surrounding Eastern Sierra. TOML-CPAN-15386
