Great location!!!

We enjoyed our stay SO MUCH! perfect location & away from the crowds from the larger towers. Beautiful view! We will definitely stay here the next time we decide to come to Panama City!

Perfect Vacation

Tammy,our host, always answered our e-mails/phone calls. She made it easy , and condo rules were to the point. The view was perfect if you like to watch the waves, see the beautiful clean colors ,and not see a bunch of people in front of you. A great way to experience the awesome complex amenities but go back to Tammy's for a more peaceful place to relax. We will be back.

Great Location

We loved everything about this condo! Being in Leeward was so nice for parking close to the beach path and the room was so convenient to the elevator. It has a great view from the balcony and our area of the beach was so much less crowded than where the big towers were. I'd definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Vacation

Condo was beautiful and perfect for me and my husband. We loved the sound of the waves (just as Tammy described). Tammy was a wonderful host- responded to any questions immediately!! Will stay here again for sure!

Great experience!

This is our third time staying a different condos throughout Edgewater Beach Resort and they have all been wonderful. With this particular experience, communication with the owner was superb! The condo was clean and comfortable. We would definitely book this condo again!

Perfect week away!

The unit was clean and the view was incredible! The little section of the beach in front in the condo wasn’t too busy compared to down the way in front of the bigger towers, which was ideal! Tammy was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. We definitely hope to come back in the future!

Colorful Condo Happy Vibes

Perfect location right on the beach, convenient to shopping and great restaurants. This colorful condo is filled with happy vibes, a REALLY comfortable king-sized bed, and a beautiful balcony for watching the sunset. We really appreciated having two full baths in a one bedroom unit. The host, Tammy, is sweet and easy to work with. We can't wait to go back!

After so many years coming to PCB We wanted to try Edgewater Resorts, Leeward (building) might be one of the older ones but it was very convenient to park, to get to our condo (4th floor). The premises were clean and well maintained. We loved the fact that it was not too crowded!!! Our Condo was colorful, clean, priceless view, our host was very attentive. The elevator and trash chut are conveniently across from our condo. Also we were able to get out (ONLY) through the back gate instead of going back to the main entrance. To come back in you have to go through the main entrance.We had an amazing time, the weather was perfect!!! there’s a restaurant by the Lagoon pool area (food is good) also if you’re a golfer Edgewater Resort it’s your location… It’s a par 3 but fun!We can’t wait to come back!
