This delightful cabin has modern elements like the contemporary chandelier paired with more typical cabin-like qualities like exposed vaulted wood beams, plus a naturally grounded feeling from incorporating several different types of stone throughout.
As you open the thick wood and metal door of the front entrance, you find yourself at the foot of a magnificent wood staircase with a stone accent wall. To add to its unique beauty, the stairs and entry bench are designed with a slight angle to create a fantastic illusion. Then, your eyes will be drawn upward toward the metal strips levitating around the entry chandelier.

When you reach the upper level, the first thing you notice is the dark stone hearth of the gas fireplace against the golden hues of the exposed wooden beams running the length of this expansive open floor plan. Not long after, you will be entranced by the green felt and carved, claw feet of the regulation-size pool table. Let the classic fun vibe hook you and check out the stocked game cabinet, visit the wet bar or wine fridge and maybe belly up to the bar top table for two. Enjoy the sunlight as it beams in through the wall of windows or step out onto the front terrace for some fresh mountain air.

Returning inside, the open layout allows you to see the whole depth of the house - from the pool table, past the SMART TV, gas fireplace and couches in the living area, past the built-in bar cabinet with any glassware you can think of which runs parallel along the dining room table including enough seating for 10 people plus 4 more at the granite island and breakfast bar, onward through the fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet and counter space, passing through a wall of windows onto the spacious deck that boasts a BBQ grill and plenty of seating around the natural gas fire pit, and finally, in the distance, a peek of that glorious Lake Tahoe! If you come in off the front terrace and look the other way, you will view the dedicated study area with desk and just pass the custom glass chandelier in the stairwell, the sleeper sofa plus a half bathroom for convenience.

The entry-level of the home houses the primary bedroom featuring a king-sized bed with premium bedding, a SMART TV, and a sizable walk-in closet, along with an attached bathroom with a double sink vanity, a walk-in shower with a bench, a jetted soaking tub and heated floors.
The other two bedrooms are also housed on this lower level and are complete with comfy queen beds, SMART TVs, and large closets. There is a spacious shared bathroom between the two with heated floors, a vanity, and a walk-in shower with a bench.

In the hallway towards the entry, unload your gear into the built-in coat rack w/ cubbies or toss it right in the newer washer & dryer before heading to the backyard to watch a friendly game of horseshoes. Now that you're tired from an epic tour of the home, slide into one of the super soft robes provided and take a soak in the private hot tub on the lower deck!

Located 6 minutes away from Commons Beach in Tahoe City and 20 minutes from Palisades.
