Property was exactly as described. Perfect lodging for our group of four and easy location for our Kennebunkport/Portland/Freeport weekend trip. Communication with Nick and Kayla was easy.

It was a great house for our needs, a little rest and relaxation and our belated Christmas with my niece and nephews. Kids will love this house and being able to let my dog in the backyard was amazing. Hosts were SO responsive to every question we had. We are strongly considering staying here next year.

Convenient and peaceful location

My husband and I stayed with our infant, toddler, and my parents. The property had everything we all needed in a great location. The beds are really comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a great home base for our south/mid coast Maine adventure! It was also just a short drive to Boston.

Spacious Clean Home - Pet Friendly

This home was very clean and spacious. Convient location. Fenced in yard was nice for our dogs. Highly recommend.

It's a nice enough house in a good location. Beaches and 95 are both close by. It was clean and mostly as described. The furniture needs updating 9not the most comfortable), and overall it felt like a DIY-on-a-budget. We wish we had known the water was, I believe, well water. It had a very unpleasant smell in the shower and was not drinkable from the tap. The host does provide large water cooler jugs, which was nice. The front and back yards are nice - lots of room for the dog to play. It is a nice, quiet neighborhood.We had a few Wi-Fi issues, but it was mostly okay. Overall, the house was fine, but I would not consider it exceptional. Nothing wrong with it, but for the money, it was just ok.

Great place

Wonderful hosts that always respond immediately and the owners have decorated this property beautifully and go out of their way to make you feel welcome in this beautiful home. They allowed us to bring our dogs and we could not have been happier. I don’t give out good reviews easily.

Biddeford wedding

A group of us rented the property for a wedding and stayed a few days to see the area. The house was great, lots of room (would great for a family), and the location worked out great. Close to downtown, Saco area, old orchard beach. Found some fun interesting restaurants to enjoy. Nick and Kayla were great, helpful and responsive.

Comfortable and Cozy Home Base

We spent the days exploring the area (hikes, horseback riding, seeing lighthouses, exploring Portland etc.) and it was a nice place to come "home" to for my family (6 of us). We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed! It was a bit hotter while we were there (unseasonably I believe) and so we definitely used the window air conditioners. Overall the house was very comfortable for us, was clean and provided everything we needed!

The house is in an excellent location if you want to get around to restaurants or the beach but also tucked away for a quiet neighborhood experience. The house itself is big with plenty of living spaces. We loved the coffee bar and it was very well stocked. The fireplace was nice to have for our February stay. Our host was very responsive if I had any questions about the house. The driveway was plowed nicely which was a big help. A few critiques would be, to provide more towels, it was wet from the snow and though it was cleared well it would have been nice to have a few extra to dry our dog off. A first aid kit with Advil or antacids. There is a first aid kit with bandages but no pain relievers. Those are small details but overall our stay was great.
