Great unit and view
Excellent spacious & clean unit with an amazing view. Unit owner is very helpful, and quickly responsive to texts and emails. The Unit is very quiet. It was a great convenience to have a full-size washer and dryer inside the unit. Very nicely furnished and decorated. There were just two of us and we loved it. Nice full-size kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher. There is both a Keurig, and a regular brew coffee maker. The showers were roomy and very nice. Nice large-screen tvs in the living room & master bedroom, but no instructions as to how to use the remotes. We golfed at nearby Sugar Mountain Resort golf course, which is a very nice and fairly inexpensive course. FYI: The “air conditioning“ consists of a Hisense portable fan cooling unit in each of the 2 bedrooms. It helps, but it is not "AC". However there are ceiling fans in every room & during the summer months the outside air is still fairly cool. It is wonderful to have a king bed in one of the bedrooms. Just a note however that it is a very firm, hard mattress with no pillow-top to cushion your body. It affected the quality of our sleep. The floors are all vinyl planks, & no carpeting, except for a few non-slip throw rugs. Front desk and shuttle staff are very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was just okay & the gym is extremely small and limited. You must park in a lot just downhill from the building and shuttle back and forth. It is not as convenient as building parking but it was good. Loved it & will back
