Beautiful and quiet 2BR/2BA condo with balcony overlooking courtyard. The private elevator opens directly into the condo. Located in a walkers paradise, you are steps away from world class dining, shopping, music clubs, bars, aquarium, river boats, sports venues, casino, and of course Bourbon Street. No car needed.
Sip wine on the balcony, enjoy the music and soak in the delights of this magical place. Blackout curtains will assure that you’ll sleep like a baby. The furniture is all high end. Both leather couches have foldout queen beds. The kitchen is fully stocked. Two coffee makers, toaster, etc. There are two full bathrooms with shower/tub combos. In unit washer/dryer combo. Towels and linens folded and ready.

Great Place to stay in the French Quarter
We wanted a bigger place to stay in the vicinity of the French Quarter and were happy we found this property. 2 bedrooms - each w/ their own ensuite bathroom. Fabulous kitchen & Living room. A nice washer an dryer (although no detergent provided). There was plenty of coffee and well stocked Kitchen. Comfortable beds in bedrooms. We loved that the elevator opened directly on to the unit. We travel w/ 2 teenage boys, so we go to the grocery store as soon as we check in anywhere. On the day before we left, we found Rouse's Market on Royal St. Great market couple of blocks away from the property. They have everything you need. The biggest downside to our stay was the 'pull out' couch in the Living Room that we needed for 1 of our teenage boys to sleep on. It had a "hybrid" mattress that needed air pumped in before sleeping on. The matress had a couple of holes in it and did not hold air, so our son did not have very good nights sleep. The second couch pulled out, but the coffee table was solid steel and not movable in order to pull the couch out. Other than that, great stay overall. Responsive owner. Will look up this property when we get back to New Orleans.

Great Condo in the Heart of the Cuty
We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was set up to accommodate the 6 of us easily. We were with it walking distance of everything, and the balcony was great to gather in. Thanks for a memorable and positive experience!!

Great location. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Only 2 beds, the pullouts were not used. Gents our age need good mattresses. So my brother and i shared larger bed. Everything else was great.

This suite is nothing short of perfection! It is right around the corner from everything. Outside: Ruby slipper, Canal street, shopping, Mississippi river, House of Blues, the list goes on and on. Inside: the unit is gorgeous! They have provided everything you need and beyond. They have done such a nice job from check-in to check-out the experience was flawless. I highly recommend this place for families, couples, singles, it does not disappoint :)

Wonderful time in French Quarter
Wonderful stay in the French Quarter for a wedding. Lance, the host, was exceptional, very accommodating, and very communicative. We would certainly come back!

Beatiful condo, great location!
Great location!! Short walking distance to restaurants and shops in the quarter. Perfect size condo for two couples, nice layout, well appointed. It was great to have the elevator to transfer luggage up or down. Check in process was easy and Lance was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again!

This property was great all around! Clean, comfortable, safe, GREAT location and a super host (You rock, Lance!). I don't think I've experienced a better rental in all of my travels. If you're heading to NOLA to have a good time, this centrally located property is where it's at.

We walked in after midnight, thought it was a cute place at first, then we opened the pull out couches and both were dirty, crumbs all over the sheets, bugs and garbage on the floor under the couches. Pulled the sheets back from the bed and there was actually bodily fluid streaks on the sheets. Called the host right away, sent him a bunch of pictures and he said full refund. (Thank god). We stayed maybe 30 minutes until we were able to book a hotel.

Mother - Daughter getaway
Property is in a great location , balcony overlooks House of Blues and one can hear music til 10 pm. Property needs some plumbing work in kitchen and one bathroom and attention to burned out light bulb in master bedroom. But these things did not detract heavily from our fun time in NOLA. We had a surprise visit from one of the owners who planned to stay at the apartment, let himself in but was very gracious and left quickly when he learned we were there for the weekend. The property manager was great to work with. We would stay again! But recommend one checks with the property manager that everything is working properly before committing.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. We came for my bachelorette and didn’t realize how close we were to everything. Lance (the property owner) was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

June in the Quarter
Lance’s place on Iberville was super cute & clean. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space. Our favorite things were the elevator that opened directly into the apartment & that the balcony over looks the Voodoo Garden @ The House of Blues so there was amazing music out there!! Hoping this apartment is available for our next bi-annual trip to the Big Easy!!!

Amazing apartment with an amazing location!
Stayed here for my bachelorette with 6 other girls during the weekend of 3/12. Not only was it clean, it was spacious had all the accomodations and amenities we could have hoped for! Having 7 girls there, the 2 bathrooms came in handy. Nice to have the pull out couches as well! But the best part by far was the price for the location! We only had to uber to one place, everything else we had planned was right within walking distance since we were right in the french quarter and only a few blocks from Bourbon St.! Lance was also extremely responsive-one of my girls' flights got delayed coming home and he happily extended our checkout time. I truly couldn't have had a better experience!
